sewing question

I have been such a slacker on here.

So I have a question for those with any sewing knowledge.

I've made this awesome utility kilt. But the pleats won't stay near the bottom hem, no matter how much I iron. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get nice, crisp pleats?

So, I'm tired of watching stuff on my laptop, since I lostmy cable connection. So, I thought I'd hook up my TV to my laptop, and that way, I can watch all my unbox videos on my flat screen. My laptop has an S-video port, as did my tv, so I went and bought the appropriate cable.

Hooked it up, then switched to the appropriate input on my tv.

Taxes have been filed. I think this might be the earliest I've ever filed.

Really hope I get my refund like ASAP. I just got a notice that they're going to disconnect my cable, plus I really really need car insurance. So as soon as my refund clears my account, I'll finally be driving legally.

I'm finally on my last poem of the semester. And our assignment was Write Poetry! No guidelines. Nothing. And rather than being easier, its harder. I'm drawing a blank. Its do in 4 hours. Anyone have any ideas what I should write about?

Well, my sestina is only due next week. This week, i need to write about an activity using its lingo. So I'm geeking out, writing about D&D. I wanted to bring in a prop. So, I've been looking for my dice bag. And its nowhere to be found. God dammit, I wish I wasn't so messy.

Until today, I thought my Poetry workshop professor was great. I was fine-tuning my poetry craft. Writing some of the best poetry of my life. It was invigorating.

Until tonight.

Yesterday I recieved an assignment to write a sestina.
