So, I weighed myself not 20 minutes ago. It was a scary number, but we won't get into that, since it is not the point of this post. I immediately jumped in the shower, took care of my business. I weigh myself when I wake up on Tuesdays. Although sometimes I cheat to see what my progress is like and weigh myself on friday mornings too because I'm a bad monkey. I did today and I lost almost two pounds since Tuesday. So if I'm not an asshole and eat like shit this weekend, which I am reallly trying to avoid, I should be able to continue the loss. I've been stressed out and eating like and A hole!
