Last night I dreamed I found a special drain attachment that could empty all the water from New Orleans. I kept wandering around, trying to convince someone that I had the solution. It looked like a faucet handle with a jewel in the middle.

On the other hand, maybe all of this will finally convince people that the Department of Homeland Security is nothing but a waste of money. If this hurricane had been a terrorist act, Bush and his entire administration would be dragged through the streets for their ill-preparedness.
