SAN FRANCISCO IS FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!

I DID IT I DID IT I DID IT!!!!!!!
I JOGGED 2 1/2 MILES TODAY IN 26 MINUTES AND FAST WALKED 1 MILE IN 14 MINUTES.
I KNOW THESE TIMES SEEM SLOW, BUT IT'S BEEN 7 YEARS SINCE I'VE EXERCISED!!!!!!!!!
I'M SO HAPPY!!!
I'LL BE BACK TO MY OLD RUNNING SELF AGAIN IN NO TIME!!!!!!!

I have finally begun to incorporate exercise in to my daily routine. Today will be day 3. They say you have to do it for 21 days to say it is a habit or part of your routine. wow what a work day....spent it laying by the pool!

about 25 hours and i'll be heading to the beach! i can't wait! it'll be my first time in wilmington this year that we will actually get to be at the beach the entire time. i hope the rainy weather we are getting here in hendersonville is not over at the coast also. so far i haven't heard it is. maybe i'll check weather.com in a minute ( Read more... )

well i just promised liza in an email a good update on here about my last week and i was typing away and was well in to my entry when the computer decided to close the window. therefore, i'm frustrated, tired of typing and will have to update tomorrow when i have the enthusiasm for it again.
