Hello World

I created this journal on April 6, 2011 for the purpose of documenting my weight loss struggle.  I do have a "real" LJ, but because I'm interested in proana and thinspiration types of communities, and those interests tend to be a bit controversial, I wanted to create a new space to keep this stuff separate from my other LJ activities ( Read more... )

I'm 5'0 and the last I looked I was 122. I defiantly need a buddy to talk to as much as possible and help push me when I'm being lazy to work out.

I currently weigh 212lbs @ 5"11. Im always glad when someone of a higher weight joins, makes me feel less alone. My weight gain is down to medication. Am fasting to get rid of it as quick as possible.

Have you tried Medifast? I began it in November and have lost about 27 lbs and also surpassed my weight loss goals. I'm 5'0" and 101 lbs (except my scale is wrong so I'm probably more like 98.). The food is really good for your skin and hair also. I am not eating it anymore but I had the best skin of my life while on MF.
