I teach 10th grade English I'm convinced that the sped department is comprised entirely of angels

I have worked with many special education teachers and also teachers in general. And there is so much disregard for the work they do. All the good things teachers do shouldn't come at the cost of their own well being. And it's terrible that it does come at a cost and it's alkost expected to be this way.
