As of today, one month into The Great Deflate, I have lost 23 lbs. and am now down to a "slim"  278lbs.

Tomorrow, I start the next leg of my journey with Weight Watchers.

1st Goal, to lose 10% of my current weight, which will put me at just around 250lbs.

Hoo-Yah!

- La Madre de mi esposa visita la casa de Yamakawa este fin de semana.

- She watched Sarah while Lisa and I went out on a date, our second or third one since Sarah done got born, if you don't count Jeff's wedding last weekend.
