In about 7 months I'm going to move to Boulder, CO.

While there I'm going to attend the School of Natural Cookery and and learn how to become a vegan chef

No, I don't have to apply in that sense. I do have to put down a $500 deposit soon though. They only take 8-10 people per course, and each course is 6 months long, so if I don't get in I have to wait until next year.

but i am saddened by this: I don't really plan on connecting with any of the people I've known. I'm just going to start over and try to forget my past.

Well if you would like to keep in touch we can. Like I said, I'll have some sort of blog or something so the people who are interested can know what's going on. I don't know how much time I'll really have to chit-chat and stuff while I'm there. Unfortunately I have to find a job to support myself and I'm sure I'm going to have to do a lot of cooking outside of class to hone my technique.
