Today is the first day of the year and I should be sleeping. I've been up for 48 hours now. I've been writing non-stop. I've got a great idea for a new novel and I need to get it all down. About books
I found a new book in the bookstore today. I look forward to curling up and reading it. I try not to read other things when I'm doing other things. I don't need my brain influenced by other things. And speaking of other things, my students seem to not enjoy my giving them juice and cookies. I've lost quite a few math students to other departments. ( Read more... ) -
Finally unpacked it
It's been such a long time since I moved in and today, after I finished all the grading I needed to do, I finally went about unpacking my last box. I took a picture to commemorate the moment after I made certain it was still in working condition.
