Contrary to what one might think, the casino slot machines are rigged in YOUR favor! It's easy to get millions of gold.
However, once you win anything, the guards step in front of the stairs down, and refuse to let you pass until you spend all your winnings and more in the gift shop.

It's possible to rob the casino - a very dangerous endeavour, but insanely rewarding.
I, for one, am washing my hands of this whole mess.

COURAGE reduces the penalties one suffers to defenses when surrounded by multiple enemies. This can be a hardcore lifesaver, especially in one specific dungeon.
Now, we go back, because I'm not high enough level for any of my remaining surface business. (I have two things left to do up here.)

This can be a very dangerous floor.
To spoil ahead a bit: The theme of this floor is breeding monsters.
The floor is one single corridor, going all the way to the left edge, then swinging around all the way back to the right.
At the very far end is a powerful breeding monster, increasing its numbers the whole time.
