I didn't include that because I would have felt obligated then to include Eminem's "Stan."

I still have to pick the Zeppelin "Thank you," as it's the song I like best of this bunch. Not my favorite Zepp song, but could be worse.

Now I have to resurrect last week's phrase of "apologize in perpetuity," but instead of picking Wayne Newton as the easy target, I'm gunning for the songwriter who mangled the pronunciation of "schoen" so that it rhymed with "pain" instead of "learn." At our house, the opening lyric is "Danke schoen, darlin', danke schoen... thank you for all the love you brang." It seems fitting. My husband now thinks that's the actual wording, too. :O

It was the 1970's, so its possible she didn't feel bad about singing it, but I still hope she was handsomely compensated for singing that.
