Tonight I got mugged on the blue line train near the Racine stop. My phone was taken and I earned a few bruises. Ok, a lot of bruises. Just street thugs. Was riding alone on the blue line in one of the back cars. Stupid mistake. Won't be repeated. I usually take it into the city around that time too, never had problems. I also talk it home at dumb o'clock. Also never had a problem. Biking I imagine to be safer actually because your moving too fast to be analyzed as a target. Maybe that's flawed, but it makes sense to me. Stay safe!
