We were all low energy today, led by Chris who was actually ailing. No one wants to see that. He has a deep muscle injury in a somewhat unmentionable area and it’s preventing him from working out. Since Lynda made a surprise appearance on Tuesday for strength training, I didn’t bother to write it up. Everyone was delighted to see her, and Chris made us do a bunch of core activities along with our usual strength training, just so Lynda would feel special. Oh joy. I was overwhelmed at work last week, and forgot on Tuesday ... in between I went on a short trip to Gatlinburg, TN ... and my mind was sucked out of my body, probably for good.
