on the way home last night

the snow started to stick
and the car swerved
and rolled

hit my face
and the back of my head
my muscles are sore
my dad cracked his ribs
the car is totalled
but we're ok

at least he wasn't using his car
we'd be dead

but, im home
and getting ready to see the family
