I'm sure I've seen race-based examples of no 2. but I can't think of them at the moment. (Oh - have you read Black Like Me? Utterly fascinating, can lend.)
I think the link also illustrates a third method of highlighting prejudice: exaggerate for effect/bring it out in the open to be mocked. See for example http://www.blackpeopleloveus.com/

Whenever someone says something about "chavs" I reply with "If you can't say that and replace the word 'chav' with Jew, woman, Asian etc then you are being prejudiced". E.g. "All chavs are dole scum" - go on, say "All Asians are dole scum", I dare you...
