Wow... my paid account expires in 5 days and I don't spend enough time on this site to think it's really worth renewing. The me of a decade ago wouldn't have seen this coming

(We're about 13 months from paying off our whole debt, so I know that feeling of "$5 here and there makes a difference".)

I let my paid account lapse back to free a year or two ago. And...I haven't missed it, honestly. I still use the site, but not as heavily, and I don't need the bells and whistles. (What bothers me less than not having as many userpics-- since I can rotate those out if I want-- is the limit on tags; I used a lot of tags, apparently, to track different topics that I posted about, and now I can't use all of them and don't have room for new ones without deleting old ones. It's a small problem, but an annoying one.)
