What's with people and not allowing pets?
I hate that that's such a big, unmoving hurdle.
I can understand being hesitant about it, but really..
I love pets. Lots of people love pets. You need to accommodate both me and my pets. They're not destructive. They are house-trained.

Bend some, for the love of God.
They won't fuck the place up.

This has always been a huge issue with me as well. I guess these days, though, renters can afford to be choosy.

Well, it's always difficult to find a place where EVERYTHING you need/want falls into place. This has just been one thing that's especially irritating because, even when everything else fits perfectly, there will at least be this problem..

Sometimes they will negotiate with you. One woman told me at an apartment complex in East Ridge that MOST people say that to weed out applicants, but will end up working with someone they really like.
