I can't stress enough how much I cannot stand people who escalate situations unnecessarily. This is a ridiculously common thing in my job. I can usually even pinpoint why they would, thanks to that analytical junk of mine. But I can't stand it. Especially when it gets to the point where I flat-out have to hang up on them. What's with people and not allowing pets?
I hate that that's such a big, unmoving hurdle.
I can understand being hesitant about it, but really..
I love pets. Lots of people love pets. You need to accommodate both me and my pets. They're not destructive. They are house-trained.

Bend some, for the love of God.
They won't fuck the place up.
