Everyone is freaking out because we are "supposed to get 6-8 inches of snow." Schools are closing early, half of the students in all 3 of my classes didn't show "because of the snow," and I'm sure I'll get a call any second from my daycare provider telling me that I've got to pick Mia up early.

I'm sitting here in The Write Place, where I tutor on Tues/Thurs morning, and my motivation is nil. Mia had croup last week and even though she's (mostly) recovered, I'm not. Activities of a creative nature are difficult to undertake, and it's been this way for quite some time. I want to write again, but don't have much to say. It's probably more along the lines that I'm so out of practice I haven't a clue where to begin, but I've never claimed immunity to the pitfall of making excuses for myself.

Photography has always been a passion of mine.
