It looks mighty clean. Presumably that'll change soon. I'm always interested in the feild mods that become so standard, yet still seem to illude the minds of the people who put the stuff together. I'm well confused about the turret. Does the gunner stand on the back seats and turn it with elbow power? That's gotta be hard work. Do you draw straws for it?
There's room to stand between the seats. They come equipped with a nifty gunners platform that we immediatly toss out. It's useless and collects mud and dirt. There's a sling seat he can sit in so he doasn't stay stay up and exposed all of the time.
The newer trucks have a hand crank for the turret. My guys opted to pull it as no crank means more room and less bruised kidneys. It's well balanced so it turns pretty easy.
And we rotate all the jobs in the truck. Tc, driver, gunner... if you dont you just get bored and stop paying attention.
And yes.... after 2 missions now she's as dirty as any other truck in the company.
