It makes sense to understand what we are up against in this country, so I thought I'd share my ideas on some of the threats to British Democracy. One of those threats is the British National Party, who are formed by a mix of the ignorant and the malicious. Both of these traits are made clear by a study of their policies.

I went running today. I ran the two miles to Hagbourne and back. My plan is to add a mile to my route each week, until week 26, when I’ll be at the marathon itself. That said, about once a week, I’ll hammer myself for distance. This Sunday, I plan to have a crack at a ten miler, just to see if I can. Wish me luck.

Right, I'm due to leave on monday to Helmand. I got the R&R schedule, and it looks like I'll be back in time for Christmas.

Everyone have a safe, fun, succesfull year. I'll do my best to do the same...
