Frankly, I don't either. Don't tell them, but I like you guys better and you leave half the comments anyway.

Is that the actual list price? Will it go down by November 30? This makes you the third of my friends listed on Amazon.com, and the second product I should purchase for their well-being. I'm not gonna disclose where you rank personally.

FYI: I'm sure the book is worth it. In fact, it's probably a bargain. Especially if you will, as promised on Juice, sign copies.

I should note that buying through the author will get you a healthy discount, as I will pass the savings on to you.

also on the birthday. =) I would have posted that on Juice, but I haven't bothered to register there. we're practically twins. well, not really, but I'll be 32 on Thursday. the birthday thing isn't so interesting to me as the fact that it's an excuse to take a day off work.

I'm sorry, James; I would love to read your Juice blog and often do, but not as regularly as I would if you had your own personal RSS feed. I can't get an RSS feed that's just you and not the rest of those knuckleheads over on the Juice blogs. Who's that really self-important conservative woman? Sheesh.

plus i was talking to a collegue/co-worker who is a history buff and he really hopes that the (SDSU) library buys a copy. he was quite interested in the book. and said that you must be a very intelligent guy, and i told him that yes you were!

i'll let you know if SDSU buys the book.
