Yesterday I went to LA, finally, in search for a car. I'd put it off for a number of weekends now because, well, it's LA! I would have been wise to put it off indefinitely. Car shopping sounds like the pits. I think you're right to hold out as long as you can with the offer you feel is right.

Man, you ARE a hardcore surfer- a couple weeks after wiping out and you're out at 6:00 a.m! I miss it, though, I really do.

Have fun with the Lego kit, and let us know what it does when you're done!

Car shopping sucks. I've always been able to quickly analyze people and their actions and see what they are trying to do. I could tell what they were up to and how it probably works 90-95% of the time. I'm going to call them on Wednesday and make them the same offer, maybe they'll take it.

I warned pluckmyeyeout about starting surfing. Once you start, you'll miss it. I have no idea what it is about surfing that does that but it happens to most people.

I quickly built a very basic robot that detects when you place a something in front of it and attempts to grab it. It sounds far more advanced than it really is.
