on the topic of animations

I've had many many people ask me about how to do animations in icons. Most of my knowledge comes from the lovely mannequinskin, but I've taught myself a few things as well. This tutorial expands to AS3 as well, so you won't be able to do this without an animating program of some kind.

check to make sure all the frames are the exact same length, because it should loop almost flawlessly.

i don't know why but i had to delete the last frame or change the time on the last frame for ti to loop flawlessly. i'm guessing i might have added the frames in the incorrect order.

either way, the tutorial was so easy to follow (i've only used AS once before) so thanks :) and i added ps7_tutorials to my resource post.
