I've just installed Windows 10. I had to insert the PSP9 setup disc for a file update, but it's retained version 9.01 and my custom toolbars etc are unaffected.
Thus far it appears that there are no problems using PSP9 with this version of Windows.
So I'm trying to follow some tutorials for coloring, but literally all of them are for Photoshop. I know the easy solution would be to just use Photoshop, but I'd much rather just stick with PSP since I've been using it all my life. So the question is: is there a way to do something similar to "selective coloring" in PSP? Any help would be great,

hi! I am just starting out making icons/avatars. i made the one im using now, simple, i know! I love the look of everyones icons.. but have no idea where to find things to download to use in making the icons. can someone stear me to some cool websites?

Ive got some pretty awesome 100x100 textures i want to play around with but im not sure how to use them. can somebody point me towards some tutorials? i just have no clue what im doing with them and they are to pretty to sit on the proverbial dusty shelf.
