I think it's neat that Bryan Cranston will be starring alongside Ryan Gosling in Drive because the film happens to bear the same title of the X-Files episode he guest-starred in. I just think Mr. Cranston is the bee's knees.

I've started walking to work in addition to my walk back home from work. I am waaaay chubs. I tried on the dress I bought in January that I'll be wearing to the wedding I'm attending at the end of the month a few days ago and it's a bit of a squeeze. Over the weekend, my Tamagotchi got married. I woke up this morning and discovered they had been getting biz-zay because there was a baby in addition to the happy couple.
Then I dropped the damn thing on the floor and the screen went blank and I killed the entire family.

OH, WELL.

Today's most thought-about thought whilst thinking thoughts at H&M:
Who do I have to hump to find a simple, no-frills, scoop-neck cardigan?
Then I found one at another H&M and all was right with the world.

I also bought a pair of trousers on extreme sale at Club Monaco.

I spent the last couple of days at my parents' because I have a few days off. I'm kind of relieved to be back downtown because I haven't had bacon for two consecutive mornings.

I had a fucking close call on the escalator again the day after my wipeout. I don't know why they hate me so much. I think it's because they're starting to catch on that I don't care for them, either. If there is a set of regular, immobile stairs next to an escalator, I almost always take the stairs. I PK'd up the escalator on the way to work and have a rectangular-shaped crater on my knee to show for it.
I'm still pooped and sore from working 'til 11PM last night. And tonight. And I predict that I'll continue to be pooped and sore when I get off tomorrow at 11PM and the night after that.

Yesterday Chef Michael Smith was at Indigo in the Eaton Centre signing copies of his new book. I don't really care for the guy, but one of my managers has a big fat man crush on him and sent me over there to buy a copy of his book to have autographed.
