my brother and i have been telling her that a puppy of some sort is needed in the house. i think we've worn her down because we did some online puppy shopping tonight. but she's only getting one if its already trained because "after 50 you shouldn't have to train anything when it comes to shitting."

plan to go vegan for the week failed.
i made bitchin' vegan pasta with lots of veggies in it.
then i coated it in parmesan cheese.
this pasta was fucking tasty though.

things that are likely to make me smile:
-people randomly buying me vegan cookbooks and bringing them to me at work
-goodnight texts when the person i was talking to had to go all of a sudden and goodnights were not exchanged
-not having to really do anything at work thus being able to crochet and read almost all day
-65 degree weather in january
