mini-trip scheduled
I want to try rafting on the Salmon River, and there is a release date for 8/1. (It is a controlled release river.) The release site is several hours from Buffalo, so I'm turning it into a two day fun-fest. Blythe is going with me! The sounds of a home
Usually my house is quiet. Now that the home population quadrupled, the sounds are different. This morning, Marley was playing acoustic guitar, upon her sister's request. The sounds of strumming filled the house, and it gave me a warm cozy feeling.

When friends and $$ don't mix
I cancelled my trip to Origins Game Fair because of the drama with the girls. My friend whom I was rooming with insists I still pay my share of the hotel. I committed, so I am. But I am irritated. I won't be commiting to anything financial with him again. I'll book my own room for next year.

Total memory wipe
Something happened with my computer, and now my hard drive has been wiped. I looked, and I didn't keep my last back-up that I made. Silly me. So now it is all gone, and my computer is back to factory settings, which took me a long time to tweak to my liking. A stray cat has decided to start coming to my house for dinner. Don't know if it is a boy or girl. I told the girls if they can tame it, they can keep it.

Today went as well as can be expected. Everyone knows of the week's drama. The girls are with us in Buffalo. Everyone is safe. -
Grr, iPhone
I updated to iPhone OS 3.0. Now I can't get ANY of my applications to sync. To get Apple help, they want me to purchase their support. Looks like I'll be going to the Apple store tomorrow. I didn't have any problems before upgrading to OS 3.0!
