I hate hearing him so down.

He hates his job witha passion. So annoying, cos he really is so much better than that place.
He is intelligent, and a strong communicator. Thing is his CV really does not do him justice.

I wish I could find him something somewhere I really do.

I hate it, especially at the moment, its so up and down, some days we dont have work like today. it gets me down. my CV looks like an idiots cv but I know i can more but without that on paper its worthless

ie: good at dealing with people on all levels
confident at communicating

Maybe he could do public relations? Or if he wants to try something, an adult learning course could be good.

Or tell him to come and do A levels at Stratton with us n00by teens. The courses ARE good though.
