I was writing in "Aden" and I decided to write little notes "to people" to tell them how I feel. I honestly have no intention of showing or telling anyone or telling anyone, but getting those feelings and thoughts verbalized and down on paper really helped clear the big black cloud from my mind but it also put a massive knot in my stomach.
