when you come back we have to hang out for real! i think we can learn so much from each other ^_^ california totally awakened me too! i'm eating better and exercising and feeling so much good energy! i'm listening to The Art of Happiness in the car and things are going so well! My parents have a buddhist neighbor who is forever inviting us to her temple. wanna come with me some time?? we can meditate and become zen masters together!

dude i am here for you, ive been meditating off and on for a weeks now (after months of not) and its a struggle, every day... just like excercizing, maybe i just need to find a sport i really like tho...

anyway. me and cuttie booty(Merrial) are going camping next weekend and we want you to come. and bing some friends if they are interested =]
