this is another entry about.....my lation education class and how much I owe to it.
This class has been such a wonderful experience.
I would love to go into detail about it but I have to write a paper at the moment.

Birthday cakes are so special. My favorite is the ice cream cake.
The most common one (in my family) is the tres leches cake.
It's too sweet for me, but I know many people who like it.
