WHY!! WHY!! WHY!!! Why are people, including mental health professionals so mean to people with a mental illness. (if this offends anyone i am not talking about everyone i am speaking about an observation made of the last 2 months of a local hospital and their staff

i've noticed that at Riverview and i think it's absurd

RIverview is one of the worst. I wish nurses could see the patients with open eyes. I wish they would view them as people that are more than just sick!

i know it pisses me off too and i think that's what puts me above them is that i see sick people as people who are sick. i don't ever see the illness but that's something i learned a long time ago. on the abulance we were told to treat the patient not the injury/desease.
they are just heartless fuckers who want their paycheck.

i agree with you completely!
i guess thats what we are here for... we may not be able to change the world but we can touch the hearts and souls of hte peopel that we do help.
