You may have heard that there is a big winter storm on its way to the East Coast. As of this morning, they were predicting (gasp) a foot of snow in DC! So I rolled out of bed today at 7:00 am and hit the grocery store. Now that I have my piece of cake, my frozen pizza, and my tank full of gas, I feel prepared for the storm ( Read more... )

Well, you know, Lou Malnati's sends pizza anywhere in the US, so you can get one right before you ship out (for, like, forty dollars).

Seriously, our flight out of FL was delayed 2 hours or so because of that storm. And don't even bother trying to find good pizza on the East Coast, unless you're in NYC. Cardboard + blood + rubber = edible to them.

I shall be motivated to send you a care package sometime by the end of the week, btw....
