I'm leaving Davis, and God willing, never coming back. It's not the best of circumstances, but maybe it's the push I need to get on with my life. This place has been my prison for too long and as I sit here, trying desperately to clear my mind, it hits me: I have nothing left in Davis. I feel free.

its friday and I'm feeling progressively more and more sickly. Started with a stuffed sinus, but now I ache and am freezing but I don't think I have a fever. wednesday is my favorite day of the work week because my boss doesn't work and I get to run the office and do things at my own pace. I really like my boss, but I value the time away from him.
