why is it so hard for people to tell each other that they care about one another, until it's too late.

some habits are just too hard to break..I'm back in old gear again. I cut myself bad last night, so on a hot day I am forced to wear long sleeves. But i went to the therapist today, so everything seems as ease for the moment.

Actually life is pretty okay. :) I'm enjoying life then I ever have in ages. I do wonder how mark is doing, and how many fights he's been in since we've last talked.
