This is the one public entry I will have, because I think others should see it.

I would just like to say THANK YOU to those that voted for Bush.

I appreciate you voting away my right to get married and choose what to do with my body.

Really. No sarcasm at all.

And if you're proud of this, and that you voted these rights away, then I pity you. I hope that some day, a close friend cries on your shoulder for hours on end ( Read more... )

not to mention hospital visitation rights and state worker benefits reserved for married (exclusively heterosexual) couples. america just took an enormously fucking huge step backwards, just wait until our generation is in control..

Learn to spell before you write.

Obviously a Bush voter, taking into account your grammar and the fact that you provide nothing besides one simple sentence. You don't even try to provide information as to why my facts would or would not be right.

You're a waste of time.

1. Are you a resident of Massachusetts? Were you affected by the tax increase? Im a resident of MA... I was affected and do you know what taxes go towards? Well, lets see... Education, State Program Fundings, Housing for the Homeless, Road Repair... HOLY FUCKING CRAP! Kerry was doing things to improve the state. Don't be so fucking greedy. So what if he raised taxes, you still get paid every week dont you? Until you get more taxes taken out than you get paid, dont cry about it and remember what your money is going towards ( ... )

I don't think Bush is going to be able to outlaw gay marriages and abortions, since the bill would have to be passed by the Senate and I forget the other one... I think it's House of Representitives. So try to be optimistic even though it seems like everything is going against you. Since I didn't vote, and couldn't, I didn't really help Bush win, but I will be able to vote in the next election and hopefully there will be better canidates next time. This time I didn't really like either canidate (although I did side with Bush, like you probably already know).

I'm hoping none of the things that they've said will happen will happen with Bush in office again, because I don't want this election to have been a mistake. :-/

Although I REALLY do disagree with the Patriot Act. I think it's really invasive of our privacy.

But there's one thing you have to realize.

Bush is the ideal Republican. He's an Evangalist.... he is the epitome of Republican, and if you look at the House.... you are looking at a majority of a Republican House.

With 3 Supreme Court Justices retiring, Bush is responsible for picking them. You think he's going to pick 3 people that disagree with what he likes? No... he'll pick people that have a history of agreeing with what he feels like.

With the Republics so dominantly in control, it's just going to get worse and worse as our rights get taken away. My friend's friend (i know that sounds confusing.. but.. yeah) was a citizen of Germany during the Nazi reign. He said that we are going down the path that Nazi Germany went down. I know its a far stretch... but its just something to think about.

I really hope he can't outlaw everything that he wants to... there are a lot of things that he's done that I don't agree with (especially trying to outlaw abortions), but I'm going to hope and pray that he doesn't succeed in doing that. I'm also hoping that I chose the right person to side with in the election.

The world was not made for two men or two women to get married

and who the fuck are you to say so?

I hate people are so God damn close minded and who take the Bible so literally. There are hundreds of contradictions in the Bible, so the Bible isn't even a good excuse for not allowing homosexuality anymore.
