As far aa I can remember, demons resemble us humans, except that they are imbued with special abilities and physical characteristics. For example, a Satori demon has things on their head resembling cat ear, but are actually used as 'antennae' to read the wavelengths of peoples' minds.

As for your question why humans and demons co-existing are rare, it's because of the discrimination and violence between the two races. There are parts of Japan that have already been reduced to rubble because of this.

Angels; holy types, are humanoid, but they are not human. Yet they are still classified as 'demons'.

[ Or can be, whatever. ] ... As far as I know, as long as a human has the proper tools, contracting with demons is common occurrence inside Japan at the moment. Though I wouldn't know if anything has changed, as I've been stuck here for quite some time.

Oh, no, I'm just a nurse! I just tend to do a lot of community service since I was in high school, and I care about people enough to listen to their problems.

Yeah, I didn't believe it myself at first, but apparently it is. A lot of people from other worlds have popped up here for some reason, tough no one knows what that reason is.

I really like it when people help others. I sure will call you if I get in trouble, though I doubt that will happen, haha.
