If I don't get control of my munchies I'm going to get FAT. What happenned to my great diet? I started compromising and buying snacky foods. I consider cereal to be a snacky food. Then, I bought those tiny bags of popcorn. Now all I can think about is chocolate and Thanksgiving.

I drove to Yreka today, (near Oregon's border) it was a very pretty ride, I just found out I need to go on Blue Cross' "Rural Plan" or "Non Metropolitan Network" in order to see a doctor out here (in Redding). I went 55-65 mph and didn't feel rushed. In SoCal I could barely stand going less than 80 mph, but up here it's just dreamy. Perhaps in ( Read more... )

My family and I just got back from Santa Barbara, it was fun, my bro and I went kyaking and snorkeling and hiking on one of the Channel Islands. Sounds very cool, I know.
