Customer Service

I need to put a stop payment on a check so I waited around for a half hour after dropping the Kid off at school for the bank to open, figuring that this would be something easier done in person.  What do they tell me to do?  Call Customer Service.  WTF?  Isn't this something that you should be able to do in person at a branch?  I'm not happy.

What the hell is up with the attitude "It's not my job" lately?

by the way, the book you sent arrived. Thank you so much. We have looked at the pictures and talked about it several times, but he doesn't seem quite ready to read the book or discuss it in detail. He is still asking people if they have seen him, so I am not about to press it too much.

We all deal with loss in our own way and in our own time. At least the resource will be there for you if and when he needs it.
