well, I used to have my brother's wedding as a motivation (after 8 months).

but today, I have my #1 motivation:

official start of my personal diet

consisting of 3 stages:
1) protein phase _ 4 days
2) ulternative days of pro/provegi phase_ 241 days
3) healthy phase_forever.

it's famous diet .. but I can't stick to the original one .. I want to eat fruits.
have a treat.

I don't want to suffocate.

somehow I am clean of all worries right now

my first day at work after my marriage. 
a total headache.

Yesterday, I was watching some of NEWS concerts and going through almost all of their songs
I can't forget how they lied to me all these years
