I have less than 200 days to lose weight
I hope I can make it

recently I gained 4 kg
in total I gained more than 10 kg

at first I thought I'm lazy. and I just don't have the time to make it in the morning.

right now, it has been an hour since I woke up. and I have all the time free.
but still not hungry.
what to do??
I might come up with something later as a solution for this.

I screwed it up.
I have to confess.
yesterday, I had a very bad day.
semi emotional break down.
I was walkin..crying.. holding my certificate bag.
after meating the wrong guy in the office.
I hope he burn in hell and in this world.
I returned home.. and decided what will change my whole life.
I'm quitting my job.

today, I had to print these important papers.
and couldn't..my old hp pasokun is crazy slow..i couldn't fing the printer CD..my new sony pasokun can't recognize the printer. ..my printer is out of ink ..the new ink was expired... GOD
I think my blood pressure increased.
