Had an appt. today with my NEW neurologist. (The old one freaked me out, didn't seem to care, and had an EXTREMELY thick accent). Have to go for another EEG... hopefully my last one for a while. I don't really mind them, but I do mind having to sit there while they put goop (literally) all over my head and hook up electrodes. Do you know how hard ( Read more... )

I'm aware of the fact that you barely sleep and put in a long day of physical labor.

I'd be more shocked if you were able to function without the soda.

Yeah. EEGs suck. After i checked out of the mental ward i was in, they sent me to this neurologist in seattle. HE thought my "psychic" talents might be valid (which they are, but don't explain that to a shrink) so he hooked me up to what he called a "walking EEG" where i had to wear all his crap on my head for a whole WEEEKEND. It bit.

Yay, you aren't dying. That's rad.

yeah i only have to go sit for an hour or two while they do it... this will be the third time i'm going for one of these.

its funny though, with all the commotion going on and all of the crap on my head, i manage to fall asleep during it every time.

i fell asleep in the mri tube too, which i thought was even more impressive, because those things are fucking LOUD.
