1) Thou shalt honor thy notebook at all times, and carry it with thee wherever thou goest, to provide for sudden instances of inspiration.

2) Thou shalt not neglect thy mind nor thy body, and on occasion shall ensure thy friends that thou art not dead and ensure thy body that it be not rooted
