This morning I had to cancel my clean and clear, despite my real effort to get this place in order. That was because I had a diabetes appointment. It was hard to get the appointment, and I ended up going to the main surgery in Billinge, which I've never been to before, in order to get seen. Yesterday I had both the flu jab and the pneumonia jab. Zero reaction this time, not even a sniffle or ache.

Today I had an appointment to see the dietitian in the diabetes clinic at St Helen's hospital. I feel like I now know enough about Orlistat (not Ollistat - that's just the brand name on the packet I have).
