Bleah, I had the worst....throat attack I’ve had in nearly a year today.

It happens when I eat too fast, eat pieces too big, hunch when I’m eating, or any combination of those three things. This is a side effect from my hiatal hernia (My stomach is trying to climb up my esophagus.) When it happens I cannot get food down. I either have to open my ( Read more... )
