ok.... UL has now crossed the line.. they explained at orientation to 500 students that if you didn't yet complete and turn in the fafsa form, they deduct TOPS for one semester from you. I have called TOPS they told me that tops and fafsa are not directly affiliated. tops is state and fafsa is federal. i called fafsa and they told me the same thing ( Read more... )
