Bored
I am so bored right now. There is only so much you can do on-line. Especially here because they restrict a lot of what you can view. I have no idea of how i can get people to respond to my entries. I was really hoping that this would get off the ground by now. Any ideas?

When someone you care about loses trust in you
I recently did a really stupid thing and honestly i guess i was only thinking about myself. Anyway I am having a really hard time dealing with the consequences. I take full responsibility for what I did and I want people to be honest with me about their feelings, but everything just seems too overwhelming. I need advice.

Can't Sleep
I am having a hard time with sleeping lately. when it comes time to go to bed I have all these racing thoughts and stuff and I am left wide awake worrying. They are no help here for the overnight shift, unless you want or need meds. I am exhausted, but I really am afraid to sleep. Not crazy, but feeling like it. Holidays in the hospital
Being in the hospital for the holidays can be very stressful. Many times our families because of other obligations cannot come to see us. It is especially hard when we see other peers recieving visits from their families. It is times like these where I tend to isolate. Comparing yourself to others
In the "realworld" people compare themselves to others all the time. in some way this is good, it may help someone achieve higher goals or standards. In the hospital when you "compare" yourself to others it is often seen as self-defeating. One thing we hear a lot is everyone's treatment plan is individualized. How to communicate with your family and friends
Unfortunately I have lost contact with my friends from home and college, but I still have a family. Getting Through the Weekend
Getting through the weekends are difficult, when you are on a unit, but it can be just as difficult if you are in the community.
