I have to agree. Someone who is going to Italy in less than a week has to explain such a vague comment. Unless, of course, the rock bottom part refers to the trip. Then, you have my deepest sympathies and no explanation is necessary.

I dont know if this helps but I definitely hit an emotional rock bottom today also and can honestly say I dont have a best friend left, maybe its comforting to know someones dealing with as much pain as you???
