Hey Kim, HRC is actually not the people to go to on this--they are the only large lgb fake "t" group in the country that is not calling for trans inclusion in ENDA after Barney Frank took us off. Oh, to be clear, Frank took trans people's protection out and has now said he will put us back in, but there's still a couple of weeks before the house votes on the bill, so he could always change his mind.
(the shittiest thing is that even if it passes both houses of congress intact, Bush has already said he will veto it. But it's still very important to get it passed with trans people included.)
